Delete your PickPark account
You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. Submitting this form starts the process; we verify account ownership before deleting personal data.
What we delete
Your client profile, contact identifiers, authentication credentials and sessions, saved vehicle associations, notification associations, and other personal data that is no longer required.
What may be retained
Limited payment, parking, violation, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records may be retained when legally or operationally required. We restrict and de-identify retained information where practical.
What happens next

We receive the request
You receive a request ID without exposing whether the submitted phone number is registered.

We verify account ownership
We may contact you or request verification. Never send a password, PIN, or OTP code in this form.

We process deletion
Eligible personal data is deleted or de-identified, and any required retention is documented.
