Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and protect PickPark services. The exact information depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant.
- Account details: phone number, display name, username, email address, locale, and verification status.
- Parking activity: saved vehicles and plate numbers, parking zones, sessions, reservations, timestamps, warnings, violations, and related support records.
- Location: precise or approximate location when needed to find, start, verify, or manage a parking service and when you grant location permission.
- Camera, images, and contacts: content you choose to scan, photograph, upload, or select when using an applicable feature.
- Transactions: wallet, payment, subscription, receipt, settlement, and accounting references connected with parking services.
- Device and security data: device identifiers used for authentication, app and operating-system information, notification delivery details, session records, and security events.
- Privacy requests: the information you provide when asking for access, correction, support, or account deletion.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts, verify identity, and maintain authenticated sessions;
- provide parking, vehicle, reservation, notification, payment, and customer-support features;
- operate municipal parking and enforcement workflows;
- prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain service reliability;
- comply with legal, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations; and
- process privacy and account-deletion requests.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only while it is needed for the purposes described above. When an account deletion request is verified, we delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data unless a limited record must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, parking-enforcement, or dispute-resolution reasons. Any retained record remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.

Security
PickPark uses access controls, encrypted network transport, protected authentication credentials, session controls, rate limits, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their device, PIN, and verification codes and contact us if they suspect misuse.
Your choices
You can review or update available profile information in PickPark, manage device permissions through your operating system, and request account and associated-data deletion. Withdrawing a required permission may prevent the related feature from working, but it does not affect unrelated features.
